Face Masks
From 19th July 2021 the government advice for wearing face masks is changing from Mandatory to Voluntary.
WE RESPECTFULLY ASK ALL PATIENTS VISITING THE PRACTICE TO CONTINUE TO WEAR A FACE MASK.
We have very vulnerable patients attending appointments, so for their protection and that of our practice staff we require all visitors, staff and patients to wear a face mask unless medically exempt. A mask can be provided should you require one.

Covid-19 Vaccinations
Please do not contact the practice in relation to booking any Covid-19 vaccinations.
All appointments are arranged via the National Booking System online or by calling 119.
There are also an abundance of vaccines offered daily at Pop-up Centres, the Eagles Site or on the Covid Vaccine Bus, information for all of which are posted on our social media pages regularly.

From 17 May 2021, people in England who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can demonstrate their vaccination status for international travel. A full course is currently two doses of any approved vaccine. Please see information below on how to obtain your vaccination status, the practice are unable provide you with this information.

We are offering telephone triage appointments with our GP's prior to any face to face appointment, which will be offered if clinically required.
