Patient surveys are carried out regularly throughout the year. Since August 2019 we are able to offer online, text, social media and interactive QR scanning posters for the surveys. We do still offer pen and paper surveys in house also.
The surveys will cover the appointment system, the environment, consultations and customer service. We will also be doing a annual survey covering the months November- December.
The annual survey questions will be in line with the National Survey that is randomly sent to patients across the NHS system. The national survey is anonymous and i would really like to encourage all the patients who receive one to complete them as this assists in the practice understanding if there are any areas of improvement or any changes that can be made.
